  1. That's pretty weird and must be bothersome if you can't sse the thread.
  2. I tried to log in to see what the profiles looked like, but then read something Emmaki posted, which indicated you can't log in until you are asked by a client. Odd.
  3. I know Emmaki - I've been shocked at how little reaction there has been to this Enterprise concept.
  4. Same here - I've gotten several 5 star reviews since this new system was deployed. I already had RTO turned on for all my gigs, so my experience just hasn't changed. I think RTO has afforded me the mechanism to pre-screen buyers, which I do by asking an extensive set of questions to define their project. I've declined several opportunities that experience has taught me looked like they could lead to a troublesome outcome. It just miminized the potential for low reviews.
  5. This is a theme that has been discussed before with Fiverr. They deploy new initiatives without sufficient testing up front, which leads to unintended consequences in the form of bugs and functions that don't work properly.
  6. I would suggest that you not accept the premise that the uneven results of this new Fiverr level system are somehow your fault.
  7. This is the best feature Fiverr ever got for us. RTO has eliminated the hassles I had with buyers who ordered something I didn't offer, buyers who had obviously not taken the time to read what I provide. It has also made cancellations a headache of the past for me. I haven't experienced a dropoff in contacts or orders from buyers.
  8. When I first started, it took me about 2 months to get my first order. I had to just be patient until that happened.
  9. I didn't realize it had been that long ago. That does make a difference. I think I would choose this option. I would explain the circumstances, so he understands why the late and amended delivery. He may still be able to change to the new logo, depending on where he is using it.
  10. I've done that several times, and I've never been aware that it violated any Fiverr Terms of Service. I think it just shows a commitment to giving your buyer the best product possible, and will likely improve your relationship with that buyer.
  11. Well said! This is the essence of the problem with buyer requests/buyer briefs/NEO.
  12. Yes, that would make sense. I have no problem with that, but there sure has been a lack of information since it "launched." I've just posted a thread asking if anyone can provide clarifications about NEO. You know, I saw the same thing with Fiverr Business. A lot of hype pre-launch, and then it just quietly slipped off the radar over the next few months. I suspect because it wasn't all that great a success. I wonder if the same might be happening with NEO. When Fiverr stops talking about a new initiative - that's a clue.
  13. That makes sense. Could it be that they will be keeping and using both methods - NEO and the current buyer briefs? Sure wish we could get some more information about this. Makes you wonder how NEO is or is not working out in practice - maybe they don't want to talk about it.
  14. That is my experience of the current buyer briefs. I have twice asked if this NEO function is actually being used, since I'm still on the waiting list to try it out. If NEO is doing the matching - what a horrific fail that is! The Fiverr announcement said this: " Leveraging the latest technology and cutting-edge algorithms to create a ground-breaking matching tool, Fiverr Neo™ offers faster, better, and more personalized experiences." Oh really? With the ultimate irony, as I wrote this, I got another buyer brief that was a terrible mismatch.
