  1. When I verified by ID account with FIverr they did not ask me for any money. It appears that you were scammed. Since this is your fault, Fiverr can do nothing about it. I suggest you contact your bank to file a dispute.
  2. I have only one open gig and haven't had any orders since February. I will pause my gigs or try the vacation mode until next tax season, so I have proof. It's kind of sad to leave here, but on the other hand, there are too many issues that are stressing me out on this platform.
  3. I'm just waiting for some funds to clear from PP to my bank, then I'll be pausing my last gig (article writing) on here. I haven't gotten many orders since Covid started. I also feel your pain with what I call the scammers. I've had a few bad reviews and some cancellations this past year too. Fiverr does not have our backs on that, especially when I get a low star rating or a cancellation, and the buyer still uses my work word-for-word on their website. Sure, it's that bad eh? I will be saying goodbye to one of my longterm clients later this week. Anyway, if anyone wants to find me after that, you know where to look.
  4. Same here. My cleared order funds are appearing in my Fiverr account. I am now waiting for the funds to clear Paypal, and then my bank account. I expect that April 1st will be goodbye for me. I do want to screen snapshot my gigs, just so I have a little memorial of what I used to do.
  5. Same here. I'm just waiting for funds to clear. I have been here officially for ten years now, and made massive profits for Fiverr. But they don't care and don't provide any support to us at all. Scammers reign free, and our gigs are downgraded. I'm off to make another CEO rich.
  6. This is not okay. After ten year's I'm back to Level 0! Fiverr should have addressed the scammer issue on this website, not a Levels system that wasn't broken in the first place.
  7. I'm just trying to hang around for my ten-year anniversary, which is next month. I'm going to adjust my gigs to higher prices, so in a way I'll be taking a break as no one is going to want to pay those higher rates. But I don't want to pause my gigs either, in case I change my mind. I know it's hard getting your account back if you pause your gigs for too long. It's best to have other gigs on the go with other companies. I earn the majority of my income elsewhere now. It's sad that Fiverr CEO and board of directors doesn't really care about us and downgrades those of us who have been here for years. They don't even care about earning income anymore. They've lost out on tons of income from me because of this, so I imagine they've lost out on millions of dollars from other sellers who have given up here too.
  8. It would have been zero but my regular client made two orders, and a new client in the USA. So, 3 orders total this month.
  9. If you have a successful order with a client then encourage them to order again. As for those who message you, it can be a red flag if they are making all these unreasonable demands, particularly for a cheap order. For example, when messaging you they may say the gig must be of a certain length with all these keywords and not AI-generated, must pass copyscape, must use 40 keywords, must not contain one grammatical or spelling error.... a few demands are fine, but when you see that they have copy and pasted the entire terms and conditions from another writing site, then you know they are reselling your work, and chances are they are going to file a claim at the end whether the work is accepted on the other end or not. I have on one of my gigs (I only have one active at the moment), that says "I only work directly with small business owners." It doesn't screen out everyone, but most scammers or corporate people will likely go elsewhere at that point. You can check and see what their feedback is like too.
  10. That's great! I had trouble verifying my ID as I only have a flip phone. When I asked Cuss Service they said I can borrow a friend's phone to do it, so I did. And now I am verified too!
  11. I've been forced to refund about $4000 over the past decade for scammer orders. Some were orders that I delivered a month earlier. I have seen a few of my articles posted on my former clients' websites after the fact. It is frustrating for sure. Now what I do after a refund is I post my unpaid articles to my own website. Google downgrades websites that steal content, so I make sure that mine shows up first. It also looks bad if the scammer resold my article to another site, and once they find out they will not order from them again. I don't accept many orders from Fiverr anymore, just enough to keep me occupied during my free time.
  12. I've had almost non-existent orders since the war started. I did pause them for a bit, but restarted one this week and have an order now.
  13. This is why Fiverr should charge $50 to sign up on Fiverr for Buyers. Buyers can use that money held in trust to buy services. I'll bet they'd suddenly become accurate in their order details. It would cut off spammers and scammers too.
  14. I have an idea. When people sign up on Fiverr as Buyers, they should have to put down a $50 USD advance. They can use it to pay for Seller Services. The money will not be refundable. This will stop 100% of the scammers and spammers out there, as they will not be willing to lose $50 when they are not really here to buy services. And if they're here to scam, they won't be able to as the money is held in trust and non-refundable.
  15. Read the news. Some of my clients have told me they left due to the conflict in the world. You can always try some other platforms. Me, I'm waiting for all my funds to clear so I can withdraw them, then figure out what to do.
