  1. are you seriously comparing this ridiculousness of success score to Upworks?
  2. We still dont know what can happen on the 14th of March this flagged account might mean no gig promotion, no recommendation, no search and all of this with only 4 gig, you are not technically suspended but you kind off are suspended since you wont have any work.
  3. If it was a bug fiverr supprot team would have said so, the proof that we all go the same response is that this isn't a bug and every account that has in the past received any violation against the TOS is now flagged in my humble opinion.
  4. When considering potential clients for collaboration and establishing a meaningful working relationship, one aspect we often consider is the feedback provided by other freelancers. However, it is crucial to reassess our current practice of offering generic or brief reviews without providing a detailed review for other freelancers to take notes from I tend to see a lot of these examples when I check a clients review: "good experience." "good client," great experience" What was good about your experience how many revisions did he request was the communication smooth...etc To cultivate a more detailed and insightful review culture, we must redefine our approach by providing comprehensive feedback that encompasses the entirety of our interactions with the client. Through sharing these specific experiences, we contribute to a more transparent and knowledgeable freelancing community. Our fellow freelancers gain a clearer understanding of what they can expect when working with a particular client, enabling them to make well-informed choices regarding project acceptance or declination, this will result in a better experience for both freelancers and clients. Moreover, providing detailed reviews also benefits us personally. When assessing a potential client with comprehensive feedback from previous freelancers, we gain valuable insights into their working style, communication preferences, and overall professionalism. This wealth of information empowers us to assess whether the client aligns with our own work methods and whether we can establish a productive and harmonious collaboration. Its is imperative to break away from the habit of delivering vague reviews solely based on "good experiences." Instead, let us embrace a more comprehensive approach that incorporates specific details about our interactions, enabling fellow freelancers to make informed decisions. By actively contributing to a transparent and knowledgeable freelancing community, we foster professionalism and enhance our ability to select clients that truly match our working preferences, resulting in good reviews from clients and less cancelation while also promoting a healthier marketplace, I think this also can be done from fiverr's side encouraging a quistenaire type of reviews system where you have to answer some questions in order to publish the review for the clients. Have a nice days doers.
  5. That's true, that's what we call a buyer from Hell. But I have had some good experiences with rushed and time-limited buyers.
  6. Hey there, awesome Fiverr community! I'm super excited to kick off a discussion today about the incredible impact that Fiverr has had on your career journeys. Specifically, I'd love to hear all about the hiring opportunities and long-term professional relationships you've encountered through this amazing platform. Have you ever had that "pinch-me" moment when a Fiverr gig led to a game-changing job opportunity? You know, the kind that opened doors, fueled your passion, and maybe even turned into a long-lasting collaboration? Share those awe-inspiring stories with us! In my case I have been on Fiverr Since 2017, I had maybe 2 long-term job opportunities but nothing came from them but I was able to build strong long term relationship with some clients. To our success!
  7. Since even if the order was not placed the money won't be refined I don't think you will get a refund.
  8. Being active on Fiverr can have certain benefits, especially when it comes to connecting with potential buyers who are actively searching for services or have an urgent requirement. Here's an expanded version: One advantage of being active on Fiverr is that when a buyer applies filters during their search, they may see that you are actively engaged on the platform. This can make a positive impression and increase the chances of them exploring your gigs. Moreover, when you are online and actively available, potential buyers who visit your gig can see your status and reach out to you directly through messages. This is particularly helpful for buyers who have time-sensitive projects or urgent needs. By showcasing your online presence, you are signaling your responsiveness and readiness to assist. This way you have the opportunity to engage with buyers in real-time, answer their queries promptly, and address any concerns they may have. This level of responsiveness can greatly enhance your chances of securing orders and building positive relationships with clients.
  9. When Fiverr denies a request, it means they have carefully assessed the situation and made a decision based on their policies and guidelines. Fiverr truly values quality and fairness, striving to create a balanced environment that benefits both sellers and buyers. The review process ensures that sellers meet specific standards and deliver exceptional services, all while protecting the interests of buyers. This approach helps foster trust and credibility within the marketplace. If your request is denied, it means Fiverr believes it's essential to maintain this delicate balance. While it can be disappointing not to receive approval, it's important to show respect and abide by Fiverr's decision.
  10. Perhaps they deducted the promoted gigs fees
  11. Perhaps you've experienced a cancellation or delivered an order late, and it's been more than 60 days since then. In some cases, your gig may not receive visibility or return to its previous search position during rotation. It's possible that Fiverr keeps a record of late deliveries and cancellations, and your account might be evaluated based on these records.
  12. of course but the app is very limited, We personally only use it for faster communication but I prefer the PC experience I wis h they could do two apps one for sellers and one for buyers that would be easier for us.
  13. First, take some time to carefully analyze the feedback from the 4-star review. Are there any specific areas mentioned for improvement? Use this feedback constructively to enhance your gig and address any potential issues. Next, focus on delivering top-notch work to your clients. By consistently providing excellent service and satisfying your customers, you can increase your chances of receiving positive reviews in the future. Quality work speaks for itself! Take a look at your gig description, tags, and images. Do they accurately represent your services? Consider optimizing them to make sure they are enticing and showcase what you offer. You could also do some keyword research to identify relevant keywords and naturally incorporate them into your gig title and description. Don't limit yourself to Fiverr alone! Promote your gig outside of the platform as well. Utilize social media platforms, online forums, or professional networks to spread the word about your services. By driving external traffic to your gig, you can increase its visibility and potentially improve its ranking on Fiverr. If you feel like there might be technical issues affecting your gig's ranking or promotion, don't hesitate to reach out to Fiverr Support. They can provide valuable insights and assistance regarding any concerns or changes that might be affecting your gig's visibility. Keep in mind that the time it takes to regain your gig's ranking can vary depending on factors such as competition, customer satisfaction, and recent performance. Stay focused on delivering quality work, optimizing your gig, and seeking support when needed. Remember, one negative review doesn't define your entire journey on Fiverr. Learn from the feedback, adapt, and keep providing excellent service to your clients. You've got this! Best of luck in regaining your gig's ranking!
