That's the same in my case, recently for several months, there were times that I could not have any single order. I tried all the Fiverr teaks as suggested but still have the same results. I came to realize that creating a YT channel for my services is a great step ahead. Most of the traffic from my gigs came from my channel. Now I have several orders every now and then.
I think that's fair enough, usually, mine does the same. I even had 8 gigs running 24 hrs online daily. It's ok to have that impression, not unless it's a promoted gig. If that were the case, you should have taken action.
You just need to perform well on your services offered, and then if you have YT channel post your services so buyers will be happy to see what they will order.
