Same here. I'm stuck at 4 and maintaining a Level Cero, even after being a Top Rated Seller and being on Fiverr for 10 years. No matter how happy my new clients are with my work, this score is not updated.

In my case it hasn't moved at all. I have gone from being a Top Rated Seller to Level Cero in one day. It's been 2 months and no matter how well I do my job, this score is not updated. It doesn't even give you a clue that you are moving in the right direction. Now I have serious doubts about this new evaluation system.

Same problem here. I just hope they know what they're doing and they fix what they need to fix as soon as possible.

I totally agree with this. In my case, I have been here for 10 years, I have become a Top Rated Seller with thousands of positive reviews and since they launched the new system, my new Level is 0. In just one day, apparently I went from being one of the best sellers on the site to the same level as someone who is just starting out or worse. The funny thing is that no matter how well I do my job, this score does not update. As I understand it, this value is updated daily but it has not moved a bit since day one. I just hope they know what they're doing.

I'm also receiving lots of spam messages on a daily basis saying just hello and now they are even asking for money. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one receiving these messages every day. This is getting out of control. I hope Fiverr finds a way to block them for good.
